Hotel General Manager

**Job Summary** Lead the hotel’s daily operations and create a welcoming, reliable experience for guests and a supportive environment for employees. As Hotel General Manager, you’ll guide hospitality teams, oversee financial and service performance, and keep operations aligned with hotel guest service standards. Your impact: Strong coordination across guest services and hotel operations helps guests receive attentive service while teams can deliver consistent stays. **Duties** * Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, guest relations, reservations, and night audit; resolve service issues with professionalism. * Lead, supervise, and develop hospitality teams; support staffing, human resources processes, and clear managerial communication. * Manage hospitality operations budgets, budgeting, revenue management, and financial operations; review performance and guide responsible decisions. * Maintain hotel guest service standards and use property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, and multi-line phone systems effectively. * Coordinate operational priorities across departments, applying sound phone etiquette and a customer service focus. **Requirements** * Hotel management or hospitality management experience, including hotel experience; resort experience is a plus. * Supervising experience and demonstrated leadership, team management, and experience managing hospitality teams. * Knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and revenue management in hospitality operations. * Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, front desk operations, and night audit. * Strong guest services, guest relations, customer service, and managerial communication skills.
