Certifications allowed through American Association of Medical Assistants. Registered Medical Assistant requirements:Registry allowed through Association of Medical Technologists. * **Experience:** Previous work in a medical setting, preferred * **Licensure/Certification:** Current certification as CMA or RMA, required. * **Additional Skills Required:** Ability to successfully complete generic and department specific skills validation and competency testing. What You'll Do: * Coordinate and assist providers in delivering healthcare services. * Assist providers during exams and procedures * Take vital signs, obtain medical histories * Assist with patient form request ie FMLA or other needed forms. * Prepare patients and exam rooms for treatment * Ensure safe, quality, and cost-effective care for patients. * Engage in teamwork and community involvement to enhance patient care.
