Regional Consolidation Accountant

As part of its continued growth journey, the business is investing in its regional finance capabilities to drive operational excellence, enhance business performance and support strategic expansion across key markets. **Job Description** Reporting to the Finance Manager, key responsibilities include: * Perform monthly group consolidation and ensure timely month-end financial closing activities * Manage full sets of accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies * Support strategic planning, annual budgeting and periodic forecasting exercises * Prepare monthly flash reports, management reports and financial performance analyses * Conduct variance analysis and provide meaningful commentaries to support management decision-making * Review, develop and enhance financial systems, controls and reporting processes * Participate in finance transformation initiatives, process improvement projects and other ad hoc assignments **The Successful Applicant** * Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline * Prior experience in external audit and commercial accounting or finance environments * Experience handling full sets of accounts and group consolidation activities * Strong understanding of management reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes * Sound knowledge of financial reporting standards and accounting principles * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail * Effective stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across different functions and countries * Patient, collaborative and adaptable personality, able to build strong working relationships in a regional environment **What's on Offer** * Opportunity to work within a recognised regional beverage organisation * Broad exposure across accounting, reporting and commercial finance activities * Regional stakeholder engagement across Southeast Asian markets * Supportive and collaborative team culture * Involvement in finance improvement and transformation projects **Quote job ref: JN-102026-7124488**
