BUILD THE LOGISTICS STRATEGY FOR QUICK COMMERCE** * Plan the PAN-India distribution network, from production hubs to quick commerce warehouses across multiple hubs and cities. * Decide what to outsource, whether to move to a hub-and-spoke model as volumes grow, and which logistics and warehousing partners to use, keeping fulfilment cost under control. * Build a state-wise festival and demand calendar (e.g., Durga Puja, Onam, Pongal) and plan stock and transport capacity well in advance, with backup plans to avoid last-minute, high-cost options. **3.
