AI Orchestration Specialist

You’ll work with a team, have real ownership of what you build, and see your work put to use across Gradient. **What You’ll Do** * Design multi-step and multi-agent workflows, deciding what the model, the code, and the humans each handle * Connect models to tools and data through APIs, tool calling, MCP, CRMs, email, and databases * Write prompts and reusable skills that produce consistent, dependable output * Build validation checks, understand how models fail, and keep a human in the loop where it matters * Turn vague business needs into precise, testable processes * Take workflows from prototype to secure, monitored production, and keep them running **What You Bring** * Hands-on AI orchestration experience and a portfolio of workflows you’ve shipped * Experience with orchestration frameworks like DSPy and bespoke models like JEV * Strong written and verbal communication * Sound judgment with confidential data * Education: STEM degree (physics, chemistry, math, computer science, engineering, biology, or similar). Equivalent demonstrated experience is considered. * You are: self-directed, a fast learner, comfortable with ambiguity, and someone who takes ownership and verifies before trusting **Bonus Points** * DevOps and production engineering: AWS or Azure (deployment, IAM, cost control), CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, monitoring, versioning, and rollback * Data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake * Security experience: CrowdStrike or similar, secrets management, least-privilege access * Experience with open-weight models and multiple AI platforms * Laravel experience **How We Hire** No guessing games.
