They have a strong technical team, low staff turnover and an excellent working environment, with continued investment in AI and Machine Learning technologies. They are now looking for a Junior C++ Software Engineer to join their growing engineering team. **What We Are Looking For** * Strong Python and C++ development skills * Experience developing within Linux environments * Knowledge of Machine Learning / Deep Learning * Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow or similar frameworks * Strong understanding of algorithms and software engineering principles * Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Physics or similar * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **Responsibilities** * Build ML/DL solutions for defect detection, classification and measurement * Develop production software using Python and C++ * Integrate vision software with embedded and edge hardware * Take solutions from R&D through to production * Work closely with software, embedded, electronics and optics teams * Test and optimise algorithms using real-world datasets * Contribute to architecture, code reviews and technical documentation
