Physical Therapist PRN Inpatient Rehab

**Role:** Physical Therapist **Responsibilities include:** * Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs to improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent deformity in patients with disease or injury. * Collaborate with physicians to establish and evaluate treatment plans, goals, and discharge strategies. * Implement and adjust treatment activities, provide patient and family education, and facilitate follow\-up care. * Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge instructions in accordance with departmental standards. * Maintain ethical practices, confidentiality, punctuality, and professional appearance. * Communicate effectively with team members, participate in staff meetings, and organize workload efficiently. * Promote positive patient experiences using customer service principles and foster teamwork and respect. * Engage in ongoing professional development, complete required certifications, and support new employee training. **Qualifications:** * Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy. * Valid licensure and certifications, including CPR/BLS, required upon hire. * Effective communication, customer service focus, team orientation, and basic computer skills.
