Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant Key Responsibilities * Process and record accounting transactions from multiple affiliated branch locations accurately and in a timely manner * Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and procedures * Assist with month-end and year-end close activities * Prepare and post journal entries * Assist with managing multiple accounting projects and deadlines * Collaborate with management and other departments to support business operations * Bank Account reconciliation for multiple accounts * Fixed asset management and other balance sheet account management * Personal Property tax return preparation for multiple localities Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred * 3-5 plus years of accounting or related experience * Experience with MAS500 accounting software is a plus * Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel * Excellent organizational and analytical abilities * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Salary Range 65k-85k COMPANY DESCRIPTION Mohenis Services, Inc. is an family-owned consulting company providing back office support to the hospitality, healthcare and general business industries.
