BANQUET MANAGER

We offer a welcoming work environment and opportunities for career advancement. **Compensation and Benefits** This position offers excellent pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution * 401(k) plan with an employer match * Paid time off and paid holidays * Travel benefits at IHG hotels worldwide * Employee recognition programs **Key Responsibilities** * Review and execute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), ensuring event details, staffing needs, and menus are clearly communicated to the team. * Oversee banquet room setup, event service, and breakdown to ensure events meet or exceed guest expectations. * Monitor food and beverage service to maintain quality, presentation, and service standards. * Complete all Banquet Manager opening and closing duties, reports, and event billing accurately and promptly. **Qualifications** * A degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or equivalent experience in banquet operations is preferred. * Five years of supervisory experience in the hotel and/or food service industry is required. * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. * Current TIPS certification or a comparable hospitality industry certification, or the ability to obtain certification within six months of employment. * Verifiable professional references demonstrating leadership, reliability, and a commitment to guest service.
