Full\-time Description **Average hourly rate is $19\.23 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)** Do you love helping children and families thrive? **TFI Family Services** is hiring a **full\-time Aftercare Case Manager** to join our team! **What You’ll Need** * A bachelor’s degree in human services. * A valid driver’s license. * A willingness to learn—we’ll provide all the training you need! **A Day in the Life** As An Aftercare Case Manager, You’ll Support Children And Families Who Have Achieved Permanency Through Reintegration, Adoption, Custodianship/guardianship, Or Aging Out Of Care.
