Team Lead Event

Trio Coffee House is looking for an organized, dependable leader to find event opportunities and manage our event team. **What you’ll do** ● Find local events, festivals, markets, weddings, private parties, and business functions where Trio can provide coffee or catering. ● Contact organizers and clients, build relationships, and follow up on opportunities. ● Research event requirements, fees, attendance, and potential sales. ● Coordinate bookings, applications, contracts, and event details with management. ● Create event timelines, checklists, and staffing plans. ● Schedule staff, assign responsibilities, and communicate expectations. ● Prepare supplies, equipment, and inventory. ● Lead setup, service, and cleanup. ● Oversee presentation, cleanliness, hospitality, and guest satisfaction. ● Serve as the on-site contact for clients, organizers, vendors, and staff. ● Resolve concerns and handle last-minute changes professionally. ● Follow food-safety and event-operation standards. ● Track sales, expenses, supplies, and labor. ● Report event results, feedback, and recommendations to management. ● Help promote Trio’s event services through local outreach and partnerships. **What we’re looking for** ● Experience in events, catering, hospitality, food service, or customer service. ● Experience leading or supervising a team. ● Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills. ● Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems calmly. ● Basic budgeting and record-keeping skills. ● Professional and dependable approach. ● Ability to work independently and follow through. ● Availability for evenings and weekends. ● Ability to travel to event locations. ● Comfort using spreadsheets and basic office or event-planning tools.
