Jr. Construction Project Manager

Job description **Company Description** RPM General Contractors, Inc. is a construction company based in Pompano Beach, Florida, operating throughout the Southeast. RPM General Contractors, Inc. is dedicated to providing high-quality construction services and management for various commercial and municipal projects in the region. **Role Description** This is a full-time, on-site role for a Jr. Construction Project Manager in South Florida. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on construction sites, managing construction safety protocols, organizing tasks and schedules, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The Jr. Construction Project Manager will also coordinate with senior project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Ability to work overnight is required. **Qualifications** * Experience in Scheduling, Budgeting and Project Management; Process RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, and Closeout documentation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Scheduling programs, and construction management software. * Construction Site Management and Construction Safety skills * Strong Organization skills * Excellent leadership and communication skills * Excellent time-management and and problem solving skills * Ability to read and interpret construction plans and documents * 2-5 years of experience in a similar role * Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. **Salary and Benefits** Salary is commensurate with experience.
