Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Appointment Setter to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to communicate effectively with clients via phone and other channels to schedule appointments, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. The ideal candidate will possess call center experience, and demonstrate excellent typing skills. This position plays a vital role in supporting our sales and customer service teams by establishing appointments and maintaining positive client interactions. Responsibilities * Engage with clients through phone communication to schedule appointments accurately and efficiently. * Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed. * Manage client inquiries via phone, providing information and assistance as needed. * Accurately record appointment details through typing, ensuring data integrity and organization. * Collaborate with team members to optimize scheduling processes and improve overall client experience. * Follow call center protocols to meet quality standards and performance metrics. Qualifications * Proven experience in a call center or appointment setting role preferred. * Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage clients professionally over the phone. * Bilingual proficiency a plus but not required; fluency in both languages is essential for effective communication. * Good typing skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping. * Ability to handle client interactions courteously and efficiently under pressure. * Reliable, dependable, and motivated to contribute positively to team goals.
