Growing organization is seeking a **Senior Accountant** to join its accounting team. This is a high-visibility role with exposure across multiple brands and business channels, including retail, ecommerce and wholesale. **Responsibilities:** * Support monthly, quarterly and year-end close * Prepare journal entries and complex balance sheet reconciliations * Analyze gross margin, COGS, profitability and cost variances * Perform budget-to-actual and financial trend analysis * Support financial reporting and audit requests * Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain and FP&A * Identify process improvements and automation opportunities * Support ERP enhancements and special projects **Qualifications:** * 4+ years of progressive accounting or audit experience * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field * CPA or public accounting experience strongly preferred * Strong GAAP, month-end close and financial reporting experience * Advanced Excel skills * ERP experience preferred * Retail or multi-entity experience a plus
