We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused **Hotel General Manager** to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, managing staff, maintaining high service standards, overseeing financial performance, and driving overall hotel profitability. The General Manager will lead all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, guest services, and other operational functions. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests and employees. Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
