Description: **Customer Service Representative** Carrollton, GA (West Atlanta area) - Full Time Customer service is an important part of the customer experience here at Z1 Motorsports. Become a part of our growing team assisting clients with shipping logistics, returning products, processing damaged or lost package claims, and providing technical support to achieve complete customer satisfaction. As a customer service representative your duties will include: **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Customer Service** * Interact with customer in person, over the phone, and through email * Set up returns and exchanges * Cancellations and order modifications * Ensure order accuracy * Verify part numbers and fitment * Shipping claims for damaged or lost orders * Provide technical support * Respond to customers in timely manor * Other duties as assigned **Availability** * Must be onsite * 40-hour workweek with occasional nights and weekends Requirements: **EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:** * Positive attitude and customer service mindset * Automotive knowledge preferred * Basic Computer Skill knowledge * Proficient in Microsoft Office suite * Exhibit strong communication skills * Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency preferred * Customer Service/Call center experience preferred
