**Restoration Sales Representative** Location: Redlands (Inland Empire) Industry: Water, Fire \& Smoke Restoration **Overview** We’re hiring a Restoration Sales Representative to drive new business, build referral relationships, and support customers during property loss situations. This role is ideal for a motivated, relationship\-driven professional with sales experience in restoration, insurance, or construction. **Responsibilities** * Generate new business through referrals, networking, and outbound sales * Build relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, plumbers, and trade partners * Respond promptly to leads and emergency loss calls * Conduct site visits and explain the restoration process * Coordinate project handoff with estimators and operations teams * Track sales activity and follow\-ups using CRM tools **Requirements** * Strong communication and relationship\-building skills * Self\-motivated and goal\-oriented * Valid driver’s license **Preferred** * Experience in restoration, insurance, construction, or B2B sales Pay: $62,500\.00 \- $79,950\.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Professional development assistance * Retirement plan Application Question(s): * Have you worked for a Restoration Contractor before?
