* Should have a current CDM certificate or completion of an approved Dietary Manager training course. * ServSafe certified * Responsible for overall management and operation of the department including: Budget control, personnel management, food production, sanitation, equipment operation, and related clinical assessments and electronic charting. * Maintains appropriate inventory needed to accurately and efficiently serve resident meals in accordance with established menus and clinical diets. * Participates within an interdisciplinary team for resident care planning * May require working irregular hours.
