**Commercial \& Contracts Lead \| Dublin \| Major Capital Programme** I’m currently supporting a **major infrastructure organisation in Ireland** on a **large\-scale capital investment programme** . They are looking to appoint an experienced **Commercial \& Contracts Lead** to provide senior commercial, contractual and procurement oversight across major capital projects and programmes. **Dublin – 2 days per week** **12\-month contract or permanent** Key Requirements ▪️ **15\+ years’ experience** in commercial management, contract administration, procurement, dispute resolution or related fields ▪️ Significant experience operating within or supporting a **major €1bn\+ capital programme board, steering group or independent oversight function** ▪️ Deep technical knowledge of major construction contract forms, including **Design, Build and Operate** and **NEC3/NEC4 Option C (Target Cost)** ▪️ Strong experience overseeing and assuring **complex procurement strategies and commercial governance arrangements** ▪️ Strong capability to identify, assess and challenge **commercial risk, contractual interpretation risks, scope creep, change control effectiveness and claims management practices** ▪️ Degree qualified in **Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Law, Construction Management or a related discipline**
