Coverage Options Specialist

**The Opportunity** Help people make a decision they’ve already started thinking about. Households reach out because they want to understand their coverage options, and your job is to make the process simple. You’ll talk with them about what they need, walk through the available choices, explain the differences, and help them move forward with the option that makes the most sense for their situation. You’re not starting conversations with a list of strangers. These are people who have already requested information and are expecting to speak with someone.
