Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Part-Time Contract

**Company:** Evermore Health & Recovery **Location:** Georgia telehealth, with possible Metro Atlanta group sessions **Job Type:** Part-time, Independent Contractor (1099) **Compensation:** * Individual therapy: $55–$65 per completed session. * Group therapy: $70–$110 per group, depending on duration. * Required meetings: $30–$40 per hour. **Position Summary** Evermore Health & Recovery seeks an experienced Georgia-licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide individual and group psychotherapy to adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, substance-use challenges, and post-hospitalization adjustment needs. **Responsibilities** * Conduct behavioral-health assessments. * Develop individualized treatment plans. * Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy. * Facilitate post-discharge, coping-skills, grief, or recovery groups. * Assess suicide, self-harm, and other safety risks. * Coordinate care with psychiatrists, physicians, and community providers. * Maintain timely, complete, and payer-compliant documentation. * Participate in utilization review and case consultation when required. * Help connect patients with appropriate community resources. * Provide clinical guidance to associate-level clinicians only when separately qualified and contracted to supervise. **Qualifications** * Active, unrestricted Georgia LCSW license. * Master’s degree in social work from an accredited program. * Minimum two years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred. * Experience working with adults, trauma, grief, or substance use preferred. * Hospital, hospice, or discharge-planning experience is valuable. * Active NPI and completed CAQH profile preferred. * Experience with insurance documentation and medical necessity. * Professional-liability insurance. * Reliable, HIPAA-compliant workspace and internet connection. **Work Arrangement** Part-time independent contractor opportunity with telehealth services and possible Metro Atlanta group sessions. Scheduling and assignments will be established by agreement.
