Required Qualifications * Demonstrated experience in enterprise architecture, infrastructure architecture, or systems architecture within a complex enterprise environment. * Strong understanding of on-premises data centers, hybrid-cloud environments, enterprise storage, networking, and system dependencies. * Experience conducting technical discovery, infrastructure assessments, and current-state architecture documentation. * Ability to produce clear architecture diagrams, dependency maps, service catalogs, and technical assessment reports. * Experience evaluating enterprise monitoring, logging, or observability capabilities. * Knowledge of data archiving and retention concepts and experience evaluating technical solutions through proofs of concept. * Strong workshop facilitation, analytical, organizational, and technical writing skills. * Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, business stakeholders, and senior leaders. * Proven ability to collaborate across teams, build consensus, and manage changing priorities. Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting local government or other public-sector organizations. * Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure transitions or cloud modernization programs. * Experience assessing enterprise storage and data lifecycle management solutions. * Relevant enterprise architecture, cloud, infrastructure, or IT service management certifications.
