The Learning Experience \- Dedham is hiring experienced Early Childhood Lead Teachers who enjoy taking ownership of a classroom, building relationships with families, and helping young children learn and thrive. Opportunities may be available across our Infant, Toddler, and Preschool programs based on your qualifications, experience, and preferred age group. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead an engaging and developmentally appropriate early childhood classroom * Create meaningful learning experiences through play, exploration, art, music, movement, and hands\-on activities * Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P.
