**Site Manager / Project Manager (Residential Developer)** **Meath** **€100k ++ Transport + Bonus + Package** We are currently recruiting on behalf of a residential developer who are renowned for high-quality new homes across Dublin & Meath. They have an impressive landbank across Meath which will be progressing to site in early 2027. Due to expansion, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager / Project Manager with either a trade or technical construction background to oversee the planning, delivery of high-quality houses within residential developments. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring all homes are completed to exceptional standards, on programme and ready for sales launch. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage all aspects of show house delivery from pre-start through to completion and handover. * Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, site teams and design consultants to achieve programme deadlines. * Ensure show homes are finished to a premium standard, reflecting the developer's brand and sales strategy. * Plan and manage snagging, quality control and final inspections. * Liaise with sales, marketing and interior design teams regarding show house requirements. * Monitor health and safety compliance on site. * Track programme milestones and proactively resolve construction issues. * Maintain regular reporting on progress, costs and key risks. **Candidate Profile** * Proven experience as a Site Manager, Project Manager within the residential construction sector. * Trade qualification or construction-related degree/diploma. * Strong knowledge of house-building methodologies, particularly semi-detached and detached housing developments. * Previous experience working with leading residential developers or similar would be highly advantageous. * Demonstrated experience delivering high specification show houses, customer handover units or sales launch properties. **Ideal Experience** * 5+ years' residential construction management experience. * Track record of delivering new developments in excess of 50+ units. * Great opportunity to progress into Contracts Manager role as the company expands Please send your CV to ***John.Behan@icds.ie*** or call 01-632-1200.
