Knot Your Problem Therapies Special Needs \& Disabilities \| Independent Contractor We’re growing—and we’re looking for a Physical Therapist who wants to be part of something different. Knot Your Problem Therapies provides individualized, in\-home therapy services to individuals with special needs and disabilities. We believe therapy should meet people where they are—not force people into a one\-size\-fits\-all model. We’re expanding our therapy team and looking for a compassionate, dependable, and clinically confident Texas\-licensed Physical Therapist who wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we serve. What You’ll Do As a mobile/in\-home Physical Therapist, you’ll provide individualized care in the client’s home and community, including: ● Physical therapy evaluations and re\-evaluations ● Individualized treatment planning and interventions ● Progress reporting and discharge planning ● Caregiver and family education ● Collaboration with families, caregivers, and other members of the client’s care team ● Accurate and timely clinical documentation ● Participation in care coordination and conferences when needed Our clients have a wide variety of developmental, neurological, and physical disabilities. Every client is different—and that’s part of what makes this work so rewarding. What We’re Looking For Required: ● Current, active Texas Physical Therapist license ● Current CPR certification ● Professional liability insurance ● Reliable transportation ● Ability to complete required documentation accurately and on time ● Strong communication and organizational skills ● Genuine interest in working with individuals with special needs and disabilities We’d especially love to meet you if you’re: ● Patient, creative, and adaptable ● Comfortable working directly with families and caregivers ● A team player who communicates well ● Someone who looks at the person before the diagnosis ● Someone who believes progress can look different for every individual Why Knot Your Problem Therapies? Compensation may increase based on experience, specialized expertise, caseload, and growth within Knot Your Problem Therapies.
