The focus is on improving resilience, reducing repeatable manual effort, strengthening lifecycle and vulnerability management, and using automation to create more consistent, reliable and scalable ways of managing enterprise platforms. **Essential Skills** * Experience with Cisco UCS * Understanding of infrastructure operations, monitoring and support practices * Experience with incident, problem and change management processes * Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills * Ability to work effectively across operational support and project\-based engineering activities * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills **Desirable Skills** * Strong knowledge of Cisco networking technologies * Experience supporting F5 environments or comparable load balancing technologies * Experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure environments * Experience with virtualised infrastructure ie VMWare * Experience with Infoblox * Exposure to infrastructure automation and configuration management tooling * Experience with Ansible, Terraform or similar automation technologies * Exposure to cloud networking concepts and modern infrastructure platforms * Understanding of infrastructure security, resilience and vulnerability management practices **About You** You're a practical engineer who enjoys working close to the technology. You combine strong operational discipline with a continuous improvement mindset and take pride in delivering reliable outcomes. You may already be working as a Network Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, Systems Engineer and be looking for an opportunity to broaden your technical capability. You're comfortable working in operational environments, enjoy solving problems, and are motivated by learning from experienced engineers while contributing meaningful improvements of your own.
