A state board of elections is modernizing its voter registration and election administration systems. We confirm scope, schedule, and fee with you before any engagement begins. What you'll do Assess voter registration, list maintenance, and election management workflows Define requirements for statewide voter registration system modernization Advise on HAVA, NVRA, and security requirements and integrations (DMV, ERIC, vital records) Support vendor evaluation, implementation planning, and testing Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when you authorize naming Apply to be considered. Requirements Required At least 5 years of professional experience with election administration or statewide voter registration systems Knowledge of HAVA and NVRA requirements Comfortable as a 1099 project-based consultant Nice to have - Election security / CISA experience Former state or county election official - PMP Originally posted on Himalayas
