This role combines hands\-on engineering with mentorship, technical leadership, and collaboration across product and platform initiatives. **What You'll Do** * Lead implementation of complex software systems and services * Influence architecture and modernization initiatives * Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical coaching * Support operational excellence and production reliability * Partner closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams **Required Qualifications** * 5\+ years of software engineering experience * Deep knowledge of C\#, .NET, .NET Core and modern application frameworks * Experience with React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL, and APIs * Strong backend and frontend engineering experience * Experience with cloud\-native application development * Experience with AI development tools and methodologies * Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and CI/CD * Ability to independently lead complex technical initiatives **Why This Role Is Interesting** We value engineers who enjoy building, improving, and simplifying systems.
