AJob Description: Product Owner – 11597 Job Type: W2 Contract – No Benefits Job Location: Fort Worth, TX Description: **WHAT YOU’LL DO** Define and communicate a compelling product vision. Develop and manage roadmaps for IT applications, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, business objectives, and long-term sustainability. * Operate as the primary liaison between engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure alignment across teams * Lead backlog refinement and prioritization for technical features, application enhancements, and infrastructure capabilities. Balance technical debt, scalability, and business value * Gather insights from internal users and stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities to translate feedback into actionable technical solutions * Partner with engineering, architecture, and design teams to ensure successful delivery of technical products and facilitate decision-making and remove roadblocks * Define and track product KPIs and OKRs that measure application performance, reliability, and business impact. Use data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement * Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Drive innovation in technical product offerings * Ensure technical products align with architectural standards, enterprise priorities, and long-term strategic goals. Make trade-offs that optimize for scalability and sustainability n empty job that is used for creating requisitions 'from scratch' Requirements: **All you'll need for success.** **Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience** * Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or related field * 1-3 years of experience with Adobe products, or similar analytics tools, preferably in implementation capacity. * Experience with SQL and JavaScript is a plus. * Experience managing analytic and/or development projects. **Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience** * MS in Statistics, Applied Math, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or related field. * Experience with analytics tools including Adobe Analytics/Tealium/Celebrus * Experience with iOS and Android SDK’s * Proficient knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, and JSON. * Experience with Agile development and associated ceremonies. * Ability to handle multiple responsibilities/projects on strict deadlines with minimal supervision. * Outstanding analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different audiences. * The ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders and convey technical information in a clear and engaging way. **Top Requirements:** * 3-5 years Total experience as a Product Owner * Digital Analytics Tools Implementation on web and app and Maintenance (Adobe Analytics, Tealium, Celebrus) – 2+ years * Experience managing Adobe Analytics administration tasks, such as creating SAINT classifications, managing shared dashboards, and designing custom segments for visitor profile analysis. * QA - data validation, identifying data collection issues – 1-2 years * Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders including Product Owners, technology teams, and vendors to define requirements, implement analytics tracking, and ensure proper reporting. **Nice to Have Skills and Experience:** * Proficient knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, and JSON
