**Role Overview** Provides leadership and management of inpatient behavioral health nursing teams, ensuring quality patient care and staff performance. **Responsibilities** * Manage staff hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development. * Develop and monitor departmental staffing, budget, and operational goals. * Coordinate and oversee patient care plans tailored to age and developmental needs, ensuring documentation compliance. * Lead staffing decisions, including scheduling, overtime assignments, and payroll reconciliation. * Conduct performance reviews, recommend improvements, and handle disciplinary actions. * Ensure safety protocols are followed, maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff. **Qualifications \& Skills** * Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required. * 2\-5 years of relevant experience, with supervisory experience preferred. * RN license required. * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. **Additional Details:** This is a safety\-sensitive role focused on delivering high\-quality psychiatric care across diverse inpatient units, including acute, medical, and geriatric psychiatry, within a top\-ranked hospital setting.
