Senior Software Engineer (.NET/Java)

**Job Summary** We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who enjoys building scalable, high\-quality applications and solving real technical challenges. **Mandatory Skill\-set** * Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields; * Must have 8\+years of experience in software development; * Strong hands\-on experience in C\#/.NET or Java; * Experience with React/Next.js frontend (full\-stack is a plus); * Production support experience preferred; * Strong problem\-solving and ownership mindset; * Good understanding of testing, debugging, and code quality. **Desired Skill\-set** * Experience leading or mentoring AI\-enhanced development teams; * Experience using AI tools for code generation, testing, or optimization. **Responsibilities** * Craft effective prompts and workflows for accurate, maintainable, and secure code; * Design, evaluate, and refine AI\-generated outputs against software and business requirements; * Architect scalable enterprise\-grade applications using AI\-assisted development practices; * Build rapid prototypes using GenAI tools and refine them toward production quality; * Integrate AI into software delivery pipelines and DevOps processes; * Perform code reviews of human\-written and AI\-generated code; * Maintain documentation, prompt libraries, and reusable patterns; * Collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers; * Mentor team members on effective prompt engineering practices; * Champion ethical and responsible AI usage in engineering workflows.
