Commercial Analyst

**Job Description** **The Company:** This leading national provider of facilities services continues to strengthen its position across critical commercial sectors. With a strong pipeline of new business and retention work, they're growing out their commercial team to support pricing, profitability and strategic decision\-making across all divisions. **The Role** Sitting at the intersection of finance, data and commercial strategy, this role supports contract performance, pricing and market share analysis for some of the organisation's most significant accounts. You'll join a large collaborative team with genuine scope to grow your career. **The Duties** * Support new business and retention contracts * Cost modelling, revenue and labour management, and cost control * Contract interpretation, financial analysis and reporting * Optimise contract profitability and performance * Communicate risks and mitigation strategies * Build and maintain financial modelling and pricing tools * Provide commercial analysis and insights to support decision\-making, business performance and strategic planning * Drive actionable recommendations, industry reporting, market intelligence and continuous improvement initiatives * Identify and evaluate commercial opportunities, risks and investment initiatives through research, modelling and business case development * Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, pricing dynamics, competitor activity and emerging opportunities **The Criteria:** * Accounting or finance background highly regarded * Must have relevant experience in a facilities management or building services environment e.g. cleaning, catering, pest control, hygiene, etc. * Strong commercial and financial acumen and confidence with numbers * Experience in commercial analysis, financial modelling, pricing, estimating or contract management * Highly computer literate, with strong Excel/modelling capability * Good problem\-solving skills * Comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders **The Benefits:** * Salary package circa $150k \+ Super * Flexible working arrangements with 1\-2 days working from home * Genuine career progression opportunities * Work across some of the organisation's most significant national accounts * Permanent role, Melbourne CBD based If this sounds like you, please Apply Now by emailing **Chelsea on chelseai@austcorp.com** or submit your resume online and we'll be in touch for a confidential conversation!
