Social Worker

Social workers will be assigned to provide case management and support services to specific families within the agency. Social workers will complete required tasks for each of their assigned families. Job duties will include conducting home visits, attending monthly behavior consultation meetings, attending quarterly case management meetings, attending supervision and training, monitoring files, interacting with individuals with disabilities, ensuring families provide all mandated services and meet all regulatory requirements, as well as helping families access services and supports for the individuals served in the community. Applicants **must** meet the following criteria: * Master’s degree in social work, psychology, education, or a related field. AND * 1 year’s prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is required. * Must have reliable transportation and a valid California Driver’s License with a good driver’s record.
