**Social Media & Marketing Manager** **CJ Inc. – Detroit Lakes, MN** **Job Type:** Full-Time **Salary:** $40,000–$45,000 per year, depending on experience **Additional Earning Potential:** 2–3% Sales Commission We're Hiring! CJ Inc. is looking for a Social Media & Marketing Manager to help grow our companies' online presence! We're looking for someone who is creative, motivated, and ready to help us take our marketing to the next level. We have multiple brands and websites, and we need someone who can help manage our social media accounts, improve our websites, and increase our visibility online. What You'll Be Doing * Managing and growing multiple social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. * Creating engaging content, including photos, videos, posts, and advertisements. * Managing and updating our company websites. * Improving SEO (Search Engine Optimization) across all of our websites to help us rank higher on Google. * Developing new marketing ideas and strategies to help grow our businesses. * Helping increase website traffic, generate leads, and bring in new customers. * Working directly with ownership to help build and grow our brands. Additional Sales Commission Opportunities! Along with the marketing position, we're also offering the opportunity to earn additional income through sales! If you're interested in selling our products, you'll have the option to take on sales responsibilities and earn **2–3% commission on qualifying products sold through your sales efforts.** Your commission percentage will be based on your starting salary, with the opportunity to earn additional income on top of your base pay. **Sales are completely optional!** Our main focus is finding someone to manage and grow our marketing efforts. What We're Looking For * Someone creative, motivated, and willing to bring new ideas to the table. * Comfortable managing social media accounts and creating content. * Interested in website management, digital marketing, and SEO. * Organized and able to manage multiple projects. * Able to work independently and take initiative. * Willing to learn and grow with our company. **Previous marketing or SEO experience is preferred, but not required!** We're willing to train the right person who has a great attitude and is eager to learn.
