Office and Accounting Manager

**Job Description:** The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the business, implementing office policies and procedures and ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. This role requires extensive experience in Accounting, A.P., A.R., payroll, inventory, and cost analysis. Additional activities will include the managament of office staff, coordinating schedules, overseeing the maintaining of records, and serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications. This position will report to the owners and CPA firm for budgeting, cost analysis, forcasting and tax preparation. **Qualifications:** * Proven experience in general principals of accounting and as Office Manager or in a similar role * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities * Customer relations and support * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Shopify, Shipstation and other programs * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Attention to detail and problem\-solving skills * Bachelor’s degree required Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $20\.00 \- $30\.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Paid time off * Tuition reimbursement Experience: * QuickBooks: 2 years (Preferred) * Accounting: 2 years (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Ocean Isle Beach, NC 28469 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Ocean Isle Beach, NC 28469: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
