Social Media Strategist & Content Manager

We're seeking a creative, strategic, and self-directed professional to fully own our Instagram presence, from concept to execution. **Responsibilities** * Develop Instagram strategy, content calendars, and growth initiatives. * Conceptualize, design, edit, write, and publish all content, including carousels, Reels, and Stories. * Translate our founder's POV into engaging, relevant content. * Direct content shoots and collaborate with our internal team. * Manage deadlines, deliverables, and approvals in Asana. * Communicate proactively with the team through Slack. * Analyze performance, report insights, and implement best practices. **Qualifications** * 5+ years of relevant experience preferred. * Strong creative portfolio and proven audience growth. * Exceptional visual taste, storytelling, and copywriting skills. * Proficiency in design, video editing, Slack, and Asana. * Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently. * Experience with luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or creative brands preferred. **We're looking for someone who brings ideas, takes ownership, and executes without constant direction.** Please submit your portfolio, relevant results, and monthly retainer.
