This role involves hands-on technical expertise in building modern, scalable web applications with a focus on AI-driven features. The ideal candidate combines strong front-end development skills in ReactJS with robust Python backend experience, including the design and integration of LLM-powered applications using LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Front-End Development:** Design, build, and maintain responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using ReactJS, including state management, component architecture, and integration with RESTful and streaming APIs. * **Python Backend Development:** Develop and maintain scalable backend services in Python, exposing clean APIs to support front-end and AI-driven functionality. * **LLM Application Engineering:** Design, implement, and optimize AI-powered features using LangChain and LangGraph, including building conversational agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and multi-step agentic workflows. * **API Design & Integration:** Build and maintain well-documented APIs that connect front-end applications with backend services and third-party LLM providers. * **CI/CD & Deployment:** Contribute to continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines to streamline code deployment, testing, and release cycles for web applications. * **Cloud Deployment:** Deploy and maintain web applications and backend services in cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure), ensuring high availability, security, and cost efficiency. * **Security & Compliance:** Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to embed best practices into the development lifecycle, including secrets management, secure API design, vulnerability scanning, and compliance automation. **Qualifications** * Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience. * TS/SCI with Polygraph. * Proven experience building production web applications with ReactJS and modern JavaScript/TypeScript. * Strong proficiency in Python, with experience developing backend services and APIs (e.g., FastAPI, Flask, or Django). * Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith, or comparable LLM orchestration and observability frameworks. * Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures. * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment on AWS or Azure. * Understanding of secure development practices and compliance requirements.
