Event and Marketing Coordinator

We're looking for a creative, energetic **Event & Marketing Coordinator** to help us bring those experiences to life and tell the stories behind them. This isn't a job where you'll spend every day behind a desk. You'll help create memorable events, develop engaging content, and contribute fresh ideas to a growing, entrepreneurial team. What You'll Do **Create Experiences** * Help plan and execute exceptional client events, receptions, tastings, and social gatherings. * Bring creativity and attention to the details that make an event special, from atmosphere and presentation to the guest experience. * Coordinate invitations, RSVPs, vendors, event materials, and logistics. * Be part of the action, helping ensure events run smoothly and guests feel welcome. **Tell Our Story** * Manage and coordinate social media posts, event promotions, and website updates. * Create engaging invitations, flyers, banners, and digital marketing materials. * Use tools like Canva and AI-powered design platforms to turn ideas into polished content. * Capture event highlights and help showcase our culture, people, and community. * Maintain a consistent, professional, and engaging brand presence. **Bring Your Ideas** * Collaborate with our team to develop creative ways to connect with clients and our community. * Take ownership of projects, manage deadlines, and keep the details organized. * Find solutions when challenges arise and know when to bring others into the conversation. Who We're Looking For * Around 2 years of experience in social media, marketing coordination, event planning, or a related field. * Comfortable with social media platforms, website updates, and basic digital design. * Experience with Canva or similar creative tools. * A natural eye for design, presentation, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. * An effective communicator who enjoys working with people. * Organized, resourceful, and comfortable balancing multiple projects. * A positive attitude, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to stay composed when things get busy. * Someone who thinks independently, takes initiative, and isn't afraid to ask questions. **Bonus Points:** Photography, short-form video, or basic video editing experience. Familiarity with AI creative tools is a plus.
