Customer Service Representative – Italian Speaking

We are looking for an **Italian\-speaking Customer Service Representative** to join our team. Key Responsibilities * Provide professional and friendly customer support by phone and email, primarily to Italian\-speaking customers * Receive, enter and manage customer orders through the company’s e\-shop * Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery and completion * Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the entire customer journey * Understand customer needs and recommend the most appropriate products or solutions * Handle customer requests and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner * Follow company policies, procedures and operational standards * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction Requirements * **Fluent Italian** , both written and spoken * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Good negotiation and problem\-solving skills * Ability to multi\-task, organize, and prioritize work * Previous experience in customer service, order management or a similar role will be considered an advantage What We Offer * **Permanent, full\-time employment** * Stable Monday–Friday working schedule (40 hours/week) * Competitive and stable salary * Full insurance coverage * Opportunities for professional development and career growth Interested?
