Compliance & Operations - Asset Management

You will be responsible for: \* Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including regulatory filings, onboarding / KYC process, and reporting requirements. \* Further developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to MAS licensing conditions \* Review compliance procedural manuals and guidelines. \* Managing relationships with regulatory authorities and respond to their inquiries and audits. \* Conduct compliance training for all employees. \* Monitoring and enforcing compliance policies to all relevant employees. \* Monitor changes in compliance \& regulatory developments and update the Company's relevant policies and procedures accordingly. \* Liaising with external auditors for MAS related audit queries. \* Other ad\-hoc compliance matters as required. Requirements: \* Bachelor's degree with at least 5\-10 of experience in asset management \* Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in Singapore. US SEC experience is a plus. \* A self\-motivated team\-player with the ability to work independently. EA: R1981013
