Generalist

Role Title: Generalist Role Type: Contractor, Remote Location: United States micro1 is seeking AI Generalist Experts to contribute to a customer project focused on improving next-generation AI systems. In this role, you'll apply your professional experience, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with AI tools to complete real-world tasks, evaluate AI outputs, and provide structured feedback. Your expertise will help improve how AI models understand and perform practical tasks. Scope of Work * Execute real-world digital workflows involving online platforms, products, and services. * Use AI tools to complete assigned tasks and evaluate their performance. * Perform online purchasing, payment, and cancellation workflows when required, following project guidelines. * Document task execution through screenshots, observations, and structured feedback. * Identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in AI-generated outputs. * Provide clear, detailed feedback to improve AI accuracy and real-world usability. * Complete multiple assignments independently while maintaining high-quality standards. Preferred Qualifications * A few years of professional work experience in any field, including business, technology, operations, or related domains. * Hands-on experience using AI tools. * Strong digital literacy and confidence navigating online platforms and applications. * Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills. * Strong written communication and documentation abilities. * Comfortable completing real-world purchasing and cancellation tasks, including using personal payment methods under approved reimbursement procedures. * Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and maintain good weekly availability. * Previous experience with micro1, AI training, digital projects, or similar assignments is a plus. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred but not mandatory.
