You will be given the opportunity to contribute, to hone and develop your skills and to train and learn new ones, whilst enjoying market competitive remuneration and benefits. **The Role** * Oversee the entire building project lifecycle, ensuring safety, quality, timely delivery, and budget adherence. * Manage site operations, including coordinating activities, materials, and team performance, while ensuring compliance with standards. * Monitor progress, address delays, and facilitate effective communication with design, commercial teams, and stakeholders. * Lead safety initiatives, team development, and maintain site standards for safety, cleanliness, and environmental compliance. **The Candidate** * You will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, with Main Contractor experience. * You will be skilled in interpreting drawings, specifications and reports, with a proactive approach to logistics, site operations and problem solving. * You will be an excellent communicator, capable of working independently or in team environments, within fast\-paced settings. **What can Purcell offer you?** The opportunity to work on a wide and diverse range of construction projects, with a great team of focused and like minded colleagues.
