The Instructional Designer develops tailored ILT and CBT training materials by analyzing OEM content with SMEs, creating learning objectives, and producing structured design documents for NET programs. **Instructional Designer** Hiring for different levels * Develop training materials for NET. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
