We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented **3D Game Design Expert/Partner** to join us in building intuitive, engaging, and human-centred AI product experiences, incorporating interactive gaming elements, gamification, and immersive 3D visual experiences. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the design process from concept development through prototyping, creating intuitive **user journeys, AI interaction experiences, and engaging gamified experiences** . * Create high-fidelity UI designs, wireframes, user flows, and clickable prototypes for web and digital products. * Design interactive gaming-inspired features, including challenges, rewards, progress tracking, achievements, and other engagement mechanisms that encourage positive user experiences. * Explore and develop **3D visual elements, interactive environments, and immersive experiences** to enhance product engagement and visual storytelling. * Collaborate closely with AI engineers and the product team to transform complex technical concepts into simple, elegant, and engaging user experiences. * Establish a scalable **design system** and reusable UI component library across 2D/3D interfaces and interactive experiences. * Continuously optimise and iterate designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and engagement data. **Requirements** * Proficiency in **Figma** (essential). * Experience designing complex web applications, AI-powered products, or interactive digital experiences. * Strong understanding of **design systems, component libraries, responsive design, and interaction design** . * Experience creating interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma Prototype, Framer, ProtoPie, or Principle. * Understanding of UX research, information architecture, and user-centred design principles. * **Experience in gaming, gamification, or game-inspired UX/UI design** , including engagement mechanics, reward systems, interactive challenges, or progression systems, is highly desirable. * **3D design and visualisation skills** are highly desirable, including experience with tools such as Blender, Spline, or other 3D design platforms. Experience creating interactive 3D elements, animations, or immersive digital experiences is a plus. * Experience in AI product design, conversational interfaces, data visualisation, or interactive storytelling is highly desirable. * Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) and React component concepts is highly desirable.
