The ideal candidate will be a hands-on engineer with deep expertise in **ReactJS, Next.js, TypeScript, AWS, and AI-powered frontend solutions** , capable of driving UI architecture while actively contributing to development. Required Skills * 10+ years of hands-on front-end development experience * Expert-level experience with **ReactJS, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript** * Strong expertise in **HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design, and Web Performance Optimization** * Experience building component-driven architectures and reusable UI libraries * Strong understanding of modern frontend patterns, state management, and SSR/SSG concepts * Experience consuming and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices * AWS experience including **S3, CloudFront, Lambda, and related frontend-hosting services** * Experience with CI/CD tools such as **Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI** * Strong proficiency with Git and modern development workflows * Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as **Splunk, Dynatrace, CloudWatch, or Datadog** * Hands-on experience with **Jest, React Testing Library, and automated UI testing** * Experience with **Docker and Kubernetes** in modern cloud environments * Hands-on experience integrating **AI/LLM capabilities** , agentic workflows, prompt orchestration, guardrails, and AI-powered user experiences * Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies * Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Responsibilities * Design and develop scalable, responsive, and high-performing web applications using **ReactJS and Next.js** * Build reusable UI components and establish frontend best practices * Optimize application performance, accessibility, and user experience * Integrate frontend applications with APIs and cloud services * Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards * Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver business solutions * Implement automated testing and CI/CD processes * Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve frontend application reliability and performance * Contribute to AI-driven experiences and next-generation frontend capabilities
