Medical Assistant

Advanced Physical Medicine is looking for a candidate to help assist in patient care, modality treatment and some front desk duties. You will work with a team that includes a DC*,MD, LPT, PTA and MA(s).* We are a multi-disciplinary office and we help care for patients who are involved in **Auto Accidents, Work Injuries and/or Slip and Fall injuries.** **Responsibilities (but not limited to)** * Setting up patients on modalities (EMS, Traction, Ultra sound, ect.) * Organization of patient files and records * Scheduling Appointments / Referrals * Answering phones * Checking Messages * Appointment reminders * Maintaining the front desk/clinic * Keeping track and Managing Patient's treatment plan * Setting up patients on modality treatment * Dispense medication We are looking for an individual who is self motivated and responsible. We want an individual who is looking for long term commitment and growth with the company.
