**About Blooio:** Blooio is an AI-native messaging and commerce platform. Brands use Blooio to meet their customers inside Messages on iPhone & Android, with AI agents that answer questions, book appointments, take orders, and accept Apple Pay. We are a small, profitable, venture-backed team based in San Diego. We work in person or hybrid in San Diego and the Bay Area, with remote considered for the right person, and field roles in San Francisco and New York. **Your Role:** You will make Blooio the name a buyer finds, and the name an AI assistant gives, when they ask about Apple Messages for Business. You will own the marketing plan and budget end to end: a content and search program built around the category, visibility in AI-powered search, high-intent paid programs, account-based campaigns, founder-led social built on short demo videos, PR, and sales and partner enablement, all measured against pipeline and payback. **Qualifications:** **You bring:** six or more years in B2B growth or demand generation, including at least two years owning the plan and budget at a company under 100 people; hands-on experience building a search content program that produced pipeline and running paid search and LinkedIn yourself; a track record with founder-led social and short-form video; strong writing and editing; and a commercial vocabulary built on CAC payback and pipeline, not impressions. **Bay Area, Southern California preferred; US remote considered. 180K - 200K base plus variable and equity.**
