User Experience Designer

**Job Summary** Seeking a UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, user-centered experiences for a mission-critical enterprise operations platform. Ideal candidates are passionate about simplifying complex workflows and solving challenging design problems in a collaborative environment. **Mandatory Skill(s)** * Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; * Must have 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing digital product design; * Must have strong ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces; * Solid visual design skills with proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools; * Good understanding of UX principles across web and mobile platforms; * User-centered, research-driven approach to design and problem-solving; * Detail-oriented with experience in design systems and scalable UI design; * Excellent communication and stakeholder presentation skills. **Desirable Skill(s)** * Experience with motion design and micro-interactions; * Experience designing enterprise/operations platforms or complex workflows. **Responsibilities** * Design intuitive UI/UX for enterprise web applications and internal tools; * Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centered solutions; * Create wireframes, prototypes, and innovative design concepts; * Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience; * Work closely with developers to ensure high-quality design implementation; * Analyse user feedback and usage data to enhance platform usability; * Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and team collaboration.
