**Growth Marketing Lead – AI SaaS** **Remote – USA \| Pacific Hours** **$165k \| OTE circa $200K** **Series A \| AI \| Enterprise SaaS** Want to build a growth engine from scratch? We’re working with a fast\-scaling **Series A AI company** whose platform is already used across **20,000\+ locations globally** . They’ve achieved impressive growth and retention almost entirely through product and sales. Now they’re hiring a **Growth Marketing Lead** to build the marketing engine around it. **Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll own:** * Growth strategy, pipeline and funnel economics * Enterprise ABM and demand generation * Events and conferences — already their \#1 pipeline channel * Paid, SEO/SEM, lifecycle and new channel experimentation * A **$500K–$1M annual marketing budget** * Brand positioning and market presence * Alignment with Sales across complex enterprise deals We’re looking for someone with **5–8 years’ B2B growth experience** who has ideally built or scaled growth within a **Series A/B SaaS business** .
