Job description from the source

**About The Role** The role owns the design of user\-facing experiences end\-to\-end — from early discovery and wireframes to polished, production\-ready interfaces used by thousands of customers daily. You will work alongside product managers, engineers, and UX researchers to solve problems where usability, accessibility, and visual craft all matter equally. **Key Responsibilities** * Design end\-to\-end user flows, wireframes, and high\-fidelity prototypes in Figma for web and mobile applications * Conduct usability testing sessions and synthesize findings into actionable design recommendations * Contribute to and evolve a scalable design system, maintaining component libraries and documentation in Figma and Storybook * Partner closely with frontend engineers to ensure accurate implementation of designs, including responsive layouts and interaction details * Apply accessibility standards (WCAG 2\.1 AA) across all design deliverables and audit existing flows for compliance * Present design rationale and solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback iteratively while defending user\-centered decisions * Analyze product analytics and user feedback to identify friction points and prioritize design improvements **What We Are Looking For** * 3–6 years of professional UX/product design experience, with shipped work on production web or mobile applications * Expert proficiency in Figma, including auto\-layout, variables, and collaborative prototyping * A strong portfolio demonstrating problem\-solving process, not just final visuals — must include case studies showing research, iteration, and outcomes * Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices * Experience designing against design systems and contributing reusable components * Bachelor's degree in HCI, Interaction Design, or related field, or equivalent practical experience * Bonus: Experience with user research methods (moderated testing, diary studies), motion design, or front\-end basics (HTML/CSS)
